Here is a list of repairs you can
attempt by yourself (a little training is required).
- Gapping.
You can adjust the offset of your reeds; this is critical if you want to be
proficient with the overblowing technique.
- Reed
tuning. This technique can restore the original tuning of your harp and
let you save a lot of money. You can modify the original harmonica tuning;
see, tuning.
- Reed
transplant. For the more adventurous of you. The same as above.
- Beeswaxing.
Let your wood comb smell honey !! Improve the sealing of your wood comb and
